Thanks "The Foods & Wines of Spain" Cookbook

Tonight's dinner: Shrimp and Tomato in Sherry Vinaigrette (pg 111) and Chicken in Garlic [and Brandy] Sauce (pg 251) with rice. Accompanied with a bottle of "garnacha de FUEGO" [from Catalunya in Spain] ... YUM!



"How much garlic do you put in 'Chicken in Garlic Sauce'?" you may ask....
"An entire bulb of garlic" is the answer.

The most entertaining moment of cooking the meal
...adding the brandy to the chicken.
Sofia even enjoyed it!
She especially loved the rice and the shrimp and tomato vinaigrette.

I love having a husband who is a GREAT cook! (I did help; I made the vinaigrette dish)
