Actually, it is the PERFECT reason to continue to use them!
This verdict is RIDICULOUS on every level. The RIAA is a parasite that has dug into the brains of the government and should be irradiated out. If it disables those who would support such nonsense inside our government, the more the merrier.
WE must show the morons in congress and the recording industry that their model is BROKEN and that a new model that gives the creator and the buyer control is the solution. The RIAA is supporting a system that is dying and does not want to leave. It's a Zombie, and to destroy a zombie, you have to destroy it's head. The Record Companies are the head.
