So apparently sunblock, tennis shoes and a hat were not needed last night. But Dave and Elizabeth had a great time telling me things to throw me off from what we were really doing.
We started the evening eating a MiCocina at the Galleria Mall, then we ice skated at their super small rink and finally ended the evening with gelato at Paciugo's. Much fun was had by all.
We learned that Stacy kicks butt on the ice rink followed by Dave, Cori and Chris (all who could do laps very soon after arriving). Next is the group including me, Kim and Adam who could skate fairly well, even though we looked a little funny (apparently I looked like a recovering parkinson's patient, gyrating all over the place). Last is Bill. Poor Bill, he tried his hardest and did several laps but it took him a while. Elizabeth didn't skate. Something about a knee or shin injury.

Can David teach Allen the art of planning? :) My bday is Tues & hubby said if I want to go somewhere he'll go. LOL - I just need to find a sitter and pick what I want to do. Gee, thanks for the effort! The hat & sunblock thing is funny... stinker Dave!
